- The data will then be checked for accuracy of insurance and demographic information, procedures and diagnosis will be verified, balanced and posted electronically into the PRMC system
- Electronic filing of insurance will be processed daily using a national clearing house.
- Payments are received and processed daily.
- Patient statements, electronic phone calls and delinquent letters etc. will be processed in exactly 30 day billing cycles and mailed out on a daily basis
- Patients can make payment or update insurance via the telephone, internet, or contact our office.

They can set up budget payments and work with the patients to get the bills paid. We accept major credit card (Discover, MasterCard & Visa) payments, posted directly to your bank account.
- Cash and paper check payments will be deposited into your bank account on a daily basis, or as significant amounts are available for deposit.
- Credit balance refunds to patients or insurance companies will be researched, documented and processed monthly for proper disposition.
- Annually, we will perform a physician fee schedule evaluation with recommended ranges. Also diagnosis (ICD-9 and ICD-10) and procedure charge coding (CPT-4) will be evaluated and updated periodically as well as annually to assure we are keeping you compliant with HCFA and CMS changes and updates.
